First-line approval authority on $516M of annual energy spend across an 18-site, 1.8 GW portfolio, where a reconciliation I built caught $1.8M billed to us for another customer’s power. With no engineering background, built a 49-skill agent system that has made 100,000+ unattended runs at 99% reliability on my own finances and email, and co-founded an AI company putting the same into small-operator workflows.
Experience
Bootstrapped AI company I co-founded and incorporated; its desktop app runs an agent on a small-business owner’s own computer.
- Built the business plan and pitch deck, pitched investors, and priced Archie at $30/month individual and $99/month team
- Own the sales cycle for the app and a $250/hour consulting practice, meeting owners in person and scoping every engagement; two paying clients, one saving 2 to 3 hours a day
- Ran the competitive analysis and wrote the positioning and website messaging from it
- Followed early demand toward implementation: custom agent builds inside operators’ workflows, alongside Archie
- 100,000+ scheduled runs at 99% success, unattended since June; 12 of 145 live jobs audit its own accuracy
- Built in Claude Code and Codex: Python skills, guardrails on unsupervised action, automated regression tests
- Automated money administration across six bank and card feeds (capture, reconciliation, statement checks, monthly close); recovered about 5 hours a week
Sole analyst under the VP of Finance, covering an 18-site, 1.8 GW bitcoin mining fleet.
- Substantiated $1.8M in billing errors by building a reconciliation no one had run across interval meter data, DOMO reports and utility invoices; an unaffiliated industrial customer’s charges had been attributed to MARA’s power supply
- Modeled the economics of converting mining capacity to AI and HPC, and supported the strategy team on AI chip economics and Tier III data center strategy
- Gathered field data for a 5-year total-cost-of-ownership comparison of air-cooled and immersion-cooled mining, interviewing site teams on failure rates, efficiency and uptime
- First-line approval on all site disbursements ahead of VP and CFO sign-off, against $516M in annual energy exposure and 60.4 EH/s; no payment missed or duplicated
- Built the fleet’s cost-allocation model in Excel (dynamic kWh, MW and cost-variance tracking, integrated with DOMO and Zip), replacing stale reporting with live fleet-wide numbers
- Rebuilt and documented energy-auditing SOPs for all 18 sites, standardizing invoice review and payment approval
- Long-term digital-asset allocation for personal and family capital, under a written custody and allocation policy
- Underwrote 50+ CRE debt transactions across bridge, mezzanine, preferred equity and construction structures, building the DCF and sensitivity analysis behind them; about $75M to $100M closed
